A Messianic Passover Seder Meal

Good Friday, April 6

God established the Feast of Passover as a memorial of the mighty deliverance He brought to the Jewish people when He brought them out of slavery in Egypt.  But Passover was given by God to mean even more than that.  Two thousand years ago, as Jesus was beginning this meal for the last time with His disciples, He said, “With fervent desire I have longed to eat this Passover with you.”  (Luke 22:15)  It was His intent to explain to His followers the shadows of Himself which lay hidden in the Passover meal.  He says the same to us today.

You are invited to spend an evening with the Messiah as He explains through scripture the things concerning Himself that are hidden in this eternal Feast of God, the Passover Seder meal.  Come experience the Passover as Jesus celebrated it the night before He died for us.

This year, we are encouraging our church families to host a Seder meal in their homes on Friday, April 6th (Good Friday evening), and to invite other members of the church family and their friends to join them.  The Seder meal is a family event, so children are strongly encouraged to attend.  Reference materials (recipes, set-up instructions, and a number of the Haggadah "scripts") will be provided to host families.  Contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to help direct you to which meal is closest to your home so you can attend.  All are welcomed.
